Randall and Erin Snipes were married on September 28, 2001. They have two daughters, Jazmin (four) and Sierra (two), and a son, Ruger (16 months). Born and raised in North Carolina, Randall accepted Christ as his Savior when he was 7 years old. He attended Pensacola Christian College where he received his Bachelor’s of Arts in Pastoral Ministries, then went on to Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary for his Master’s of Divinity in Biblical Studies. Randall has been serving at a church outside of Tucson, Arizona, as the Associate and Youth Pastor since October of 2004. In the absence of a senior pastor, Randall has been taking on many of the leadership responsibilities within the church. Before Tucson, he served as a Youth Pastor, Music Director and Bus Director at a church in Arkansas. Randall was ordained in 2002. He will be thirty-four years old in November and is excited about the ways God is leading him into new ministry possibilities.

Randall began his ministry with us on September 1, 2010. Both Randall and the congregation of Oak Grove Baptist Church are excited to experience the leading of God, the working out of our salvation through Christ, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
